I love pho and try to grab a bowl of it at least once per week. I had the beef and meatball pho medium size and it was plenty to eat. Good broth and loaded with beef! Their spring rolls are really tasty as well. Service was pretty good too. My only knock on them is that they (and many restaurants in Colorado) do not have physical menus. It's only available using a QR code. Any smart cybersecurity professional will tell you that QR codes open your device up for numerous vulnerabilities. But, this is Colorado and they're still somewhat living the pandemic!
TL;DR: great hole in the wall place for pho and Vietnamese food in denver with friendly service. Stopped in for lunch and definitely enjoyed our meal here! We had the pho and lemongrass tofu. Very flavorful and quick. Also friendly, family owned establishment. The atmosphere is not what you come here for, but it doesn't matter bc the food is great. Only real downside was no changing tables for babies in the bathrooms which meant we had to change the baby in the car. Would recommend!
Friendly Staff. Had the Noodle Bowl combo. Very good. Only critique would be to cut beef and chicken all the way through. This left really large pieces. Meats had excellent flavor. Eggroll was fresh and crunchy. The lemongrass in the sauce was a great surprise. Good portion size. Refreshing on a warm day. I did sample the broth. Very flavorful and not overly sweet. Next time will try a soup.
I'm begging you: if you're in the area and craving good Vietnamese food, PLEASE visit ViVi Pho. Although the interior isn't very presentable and there's a bunch of dirty tables from after patrons leaving, don't let that distract you from the fact that this is probably the best Vietnamese cuisine I've ever had in my lifetime. Highly highly highly recommend.
This is one of my favorite pho places in Denver, both for delivery and now dining in. So glad I finally made time to visit after ordering via DoorDash for several years. My friend and I came here for lunch. Plenty of parking. Service was SUPER fast and efficient. Got Bun Bo Hue for food then Vietnamese Coffee to-go. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Can't wait to come here again and hopefully make it a regular occurrence!
Our go-to place for delicious neighborhood Vietnamese! I've never eaten inside the restaurant - my partner and I have been ordering takeout from here for nearly a year - but the interior seems clean and casual. Service is fast, and the food has been consistently delicious. I normally get the vegan pho, which comes a generous serving of tofu (which is fried) and veggies like broccoli, carrots, cabbage, and bok choy. Sometimes I'll get the pho ga (chicken) which is just perfect for getting rid of colds. My partner enjoys their pho tai (steak) or the pho tai bo vien (steak and meatballs). And the cream cheese wontons are a tasty treat. Note: the meat for any of the steak is delivered raw; it's thin enough that if the broth is hot enough, all you have to do is pour the broth over and cover the meat with the noodles. So if you're ordering takeout, you may need to heat up the broth before eating!
They have vegan options!! Everything was so pho-king good. The broth was perfect, they were very generous with the veggies and tofu. I added extra tofu because I just can't get enough. It was prepared perfectly. The vibe in this place is nice and casual. It's comfortable and the music isn't obnoxious. The servers are quick and friendly. I'd definitely eat here again.
